as part of Access Able, Clients used the bus and train in Blyth.
the group looked at what was easy to use.
they also looked at what could be better.
the bus was on time.
the stops were announced.
the bus could lower for mobility aids.
newsham train station had good signs.
the ticket machines were easy to use.
there were ramps and lifts.
the group also found some barriers.
there was a big gap between the train and platform.
there were not enough seats at the station.
it was hard to fit mobility aids on the train.
the conductor did not ask if we needed help.
jess went on a train for the first time.
she was very excited.
